The following terms and conditions are set down by the Balloon Flights Company which is a trading name of Balloon Flights Club Ltd, and as such form the conditions of sale.
1. Balloon Flights Vouchers purchased from the Balloon Flights Company are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It is the passenger or flight organiser's responsibility to make contact with the Balloon Flights Company to arrange dates for flights.


2. The Balloon Flights Company expect passengers to understand that ballooning  is totally dependant on suitable weather conditions in order to allow the safe conduct of the flight, and that such weather conditions are difficult to predict with accuracy in advance of anticipated flights. It may therefore be necessary to reschedule a flight due to unfavourable weather, in which case an alternative date will be arranged.

3. In the event of a flight being cancelled by the Balloon Flights Company for whatever reason  the Balloon Flights Company cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss or expense caused to the passengers or related parties.

4. Passengers wishing to cancel pre arranged flight dates will are required to give two full days notice.

5. Passengers who fail to turn up at pre arranged destinations will find that their flight will be cancelled and another date will not be arranged and no refund will be given.

6. Passengers are advised to comply with all instructions and advice that is given as this is in the interest of their own safety.

7. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere near the balloon or during the flight of the balloon.

8. The use of Mobile phones and other radios is strictly prohibited in and around the vicinity of the balloon. Passengers please ensure your phones are switched off.

9. All personal effects, such as cameras (still, cine or video and associated equipment) are carried entirely at the owners risk and the Balloon Flights Company cannot accept liability for any damage or loss.

10. The pilot reserves the right to refuse carriage to any passenger he feels may be especially at risk, or who would be a liability to the safe conduct of the flight.

11.  The Balloon Flights Company requests that if the balloon should land in a farmers field that any followers of the balloon wait on the road out side of the field (unless specifically requested by the pilot) when balloon has landed without blocking the gates into the field or any of the neighbouring fields. Ballooning can only continue to exist with the good will of the farmers and landowners, so we try to cause as little inconvenience as possible.

12. The Balloon Flights Company require a total booking and flight fee of £170 is payable on or before the day of the flight for each person or £585 for 'exclusive two' flights and £750 for 'exclusive four flights'.

13. The Balloon Flights Company and the pilot in command cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained by passengers during the flight if such injuries should occur through unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

14. The Balloon Flights Company  reserve the right to dictate on the location of the take off site for any given balloon flight undertaken as is deemed necessary by the Balloon Flights Company.   
               
                       
15. The Balloon Flights Company is insured for £2 million for third party claims and standard aviation passenger  insurance set by International Agreement (ICAO).
